10. Tracking and analysis tools
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. "("Google").
Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on the user's computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about the use of this website by users is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. IP anonymisation has been activated on this website so that the IP address of Google users within Member States of the European Union or in other Contracting States to the Agreement on the European Economic Area is shortened beforehand. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. We would therefore like to point out to you that data processing within the framework of Google Analytics may under certain circumstances also take place outside the scope of EU law.
On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating the use of the website by users, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services to the website operator relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other data from Google.
Google Analytics is used by us only with your consent (opt in).
You can also prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent.
You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) as well as Google from processing this data by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link. The current link is: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en
11. Integration YouTube
We have included YouTube videos in our online services, which are stored at https//www.YouTube.com and can be played directly from our website. These are all included in "privacy-enhanced mode", which means that no data about you as a user will be transferred to YouTube, unless you play the videos. Only when you play the videos, the data mentioned in section 6 (except for the amount of data transferred) will be communicated. We have no influence on this data transmission.
By visiting the website, YouTube receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data mentioned under section 6 are transmitted (except for the amount of data transmitted). This occurs regardless of whether YouTube provides a user account that you are logged in to, or whether no user account exists. When you're logged in to Google, your information will be directly associated with your account. If you do not want your profile to be associated with YouTube, you must log out before activating the button. YouTube stores your data as a user profile and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or the design of its website to meet your needs. Such evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) in order to provide demand-oriented advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, and you must contact YouTube to exercise this right.
