EBA Consultation on draft Guidelines on the determination when the liquidation of assets or liabilities under normal insolvency proceedings couldhave an adverse effect on one or more financial markets under Art 42(14) of BRRD (EBA/CP/2014/24)These Guidelines related to BRRD give comprehensive guidance on which circumstances resolution authorities should assess when taking their decisions. In particular, they give guidance on assets that may be transferred under the asset separation tool.
