EBA final draft RTS on procedures and contents of notifications referred to in Article 81(1), (2) and (3) and the notice of suspension referred to in Article 83 of Directive 2014/59/EU (BRRD) (EBA/RTS/2015/04)

These draft RTS have been developed according to Article 82(3) of BRRD in order to specify the procedures and contents relating to the notification referred to in Article 81(1), (2) and (3) and the notice of suspension referred to in Article 83 BRRD. They finalize EBA Consultation EBA/CP/2014/47.
