Joint Committee Consultation on draft RTS on the criteria for determining the circumstances in which the appointment of a central contact point pursuant to Art 45(9) of DIR (EU) 2015/849 is appropriate and the functions of the central contact point (JC/2017/08)The Joint Committee launched today a public consultation on draft regulatory technical standards (RTS) to help Member States determine when payment service providers and electronic money issuers should appoint a Central Contact Point (CCP) to support the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing.
