SRB statement: Judgment on SRB’s power to adopt non-resolution decisions
The Court confirmed the SRB’s power to adopt non-resolution decisions and, in particular, that such power is in line with the SRMR and the case-law on the delegation of powers on EU agencies (Meroni case-law).
