European Commission's request for technical advice on the implementation of the amendments to the MiFID II, UCITS Directive, and AIFMD in the context of the RIS

On 24 May 2023, the Commission adopted the Retail Investment Strategy (RIS’), with the aim to enhance retail participation in capital markets to enable the consumers easily and in a simple way to benefit from investment opportunities offered by capital markets.
