EBA Consultation on draft Guidelines on product oversight and governance arrangements for retail banking products (EBA/CP/2014/37)The guidelines on product oversight and governance aim at ensuring that the interests, objectives and characteristics of consumers are taken into account by manufacturers and distributors when designing and bringing to market retail banking products. They address some of the causal drivers of conduct failure and provide a framework for robust and responsible product design and distribution in order to avoid future cases of detriment.
