EBA draft Guidelines on limits on exposures to shadow banking entities which carry out banking activities outside a regulated framework under Art 395 CRR (EBA/CP/2015/06)Guidelines propose to set limits for exposures to shadow banks and a definition of "shadow banking" based on Article 395(2) of Regulation (EU) No. 575/2013 (CRR) .
