EBA final draft ITS on procedures, forms and templates for the provision of information for resolution plans under Art 11(3) of Directive 2014/59/EU (BRRD) (EBA/ITS/2015/06)This ITS has been developed according to 11(3) of the BRRD and sets out a procedure that should be followed when resolution authorities require information about an institution for the purpose of drawing up a resolution plan.
