EBA Report on securitisation risk retention, due diligence and disclosure under Art 410 (1) CRR (EBA-Op-2016-06)The Report has been developed in accordance with Art. 410(1) CRR, which requires the EBA to report to the Commission annually on measures taken by Competent Authorities to ensure institutions' compliance with securitisation risk retention, due diligence and disclosure requirements.
