EBA Consultation on draft ITS amending Reg (EU) No 650/2014 on the format, structure, contents list and annual publication date of the supervisory information to be disclosed in accordance with Art 143(3) of CRD IV (EBA/CP/2017/14)The Implementing Technical Standards on supervisory disclosure specify the format, structure, contents list and annual publication date of the supervisory information to be disclosed by competent authorities in the banking sector. These ITS will be part of the Single Rulebook aimed at enhancing regulatory harmonisation in Europe.
