ESMA confirms Securitisation Regulation requirements entry into force on 23 September 2020The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), the EU’s securities markets regulator, confirms that the different elements of the new regime under the Securitisation Regulation (SR) will come into force on 23 September 2020.
