Die DK begrüßt, dass der ”Draft Regulatory Technical Standards (RTS) on criteria for the identification of shadow banking entities under Article 394(4) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013” (EBA/CP/2021/30) inhaltlich auf den bestehenden „EBA Guidelines on limits on exposures to shadow banking entities“ zur Säule II-Regulierung von Schattenbanken aufsetzt.
