Die Finanzaufsicht BaFin hat ein neues Abwicklungsrundschreiben veröffentlicht. Es soll die Abwicklungsfähigkeit von Instituten verbessern, für die die Anwendung eines Bail-in-Abwicklungsinstruments geplant wird.
