Das OLG Oldenburg hat mit Urteil vom 5. Dezember 2025 – 6 UKl 2/25 – entschieden, dass auf § 9 Abs. 1 NDAV gestützte Entgelte für die Stilllegung von Hausanschlüssen rechtswidrig sind.
