EBA final draft RTS on criteria for determining the minimum requirement for own funds and eligible liabilities under Directive 2014/59/EU (BRRD) (EBA/RTS/2015/05)

The RTS on MREL have been developed according to Article 45 of the BRRD and aim to specify the criteria to set the minimum requirement for own funds and eligible liabilities (MREL) laid down in the BRRD. RTS finalizes EBA/CP/2014/41 Consultation on draft RTS on criteria for determining the minimum requirement for own funds and eligible liabilities under Directive 2014/59/EU (BRRD).
