EBA Consultation on draft ITS on disclosure and reporting of MREL and TLAC (EBA-CP-2019-14)

These draft ITS on disclosure and reporting of the minimum requirement for own funds and eligible liabilities (MREL) and the total loss absorbency requirement (TLAC) introduce harmonised requirements following an integrated approach and, in the case of disclosures, in line with the Basel Pillar 3 standards.
