The three European Supervisory Authorities (EBA, EIOPA and ESMA – ESAs) today jointly submitted to the European Commission Draft Regulatory Technical Standards (RTS) on the ESG impact disclosure for Simple, Transparent and Standardised (STS) securitisations under the Securitisation Regulation (SECR).
